The Reality

Product Is Not the Problem.
Supply Chain Failure Is.

The Problem The Old Way The OGPSGroup Way
Multi-supplier chaos Three factories, three POs, three containers — repeated every season Owned production lines plus a single pre-audited network — one accountable partner instead of four
Quality found too late Defects surface only after the container has been 30 days at sea Inline checks at 25/50/75% of production plus AQL 2.5 sign-off on our own floor, before the container sails
Costs no one can explain Material surcharges arrive without a BOM; margins erode quietly Factory-direct pricing with itemized cost breakdowns

What Clients Say

Built for buyers who can’t
afford to get it wrong.

For the first time in three years, our spring catalog launched on schedule.

We were running four suppliers across three provinces for one garden furniture line — three purchase orders, three containers, and a coordination overhead that ate our team alive. Timelines slipped every quarter and nobody owned the answer.

OGPSGroup consolidated the whole program under one partner and a single PO, then engineered a mixed FCL load plan that put our heavy pieces as ballast and the flat-pack furniture on top. They ran production, inspection, and loading through one accountable line — and they were straight with us about what could and could not be done.

On-time delivery went from 64% to 97% in two seasons, our freight bill dropped 28% because we stopped shipping three half-empty containers, and we went from four weekly vendor calls to one. The catalog launch was the proof: no fire drill, no last-minute scramble.

Damages fell below 2% and we recovered $230K in the first year.

Our best-selling outdoor sofa was arriving at Amazon FBA with a 23% damage rate. We were bleeding money on freight claims and returns, and the “arrived damaged” reviews were starting to hurt the listing.

OGPSGroup did not just re-pack it — their engineers redesigned the flat-pack structure around the product’s weakest points and drop-tested it for the full cross-border journey before we committed to a single container. They showed us the test data, not promises.

Damages fell below 2%, which recovered about $230K in freight and returns in the first year. The listing’s rating cleaned up, we stopped seeing damage complaints in the review feed, and we have since run three more programs with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions Outdoor Furniture
Buyers Ask.

For sourced outdoor furniture, MOQs typically start at 50–100 units per SKU depending on category. For furniture manufactured on our own factory lines, standard platform SKUs start at 50 units; custom designs start higher — aluminum frames from 200 units per design, PE wicker sets from 300 units. Multiple SKUs can often be combined under one program MOQ. We balance volume commitments against your inventory risk.

We support aluminum, steel, PE rattan / wicker, textilene, rope, and teak-look finishes with powder coating. OEM builds to your specification and drawings; ODM is available on select reference designs with modifications. Private label and exclusive tooling are both options.

We engineer flat-pack packaging around the product’s weakest point and validate it with ISTA drop tests before shipping — the single biggest lever on Amazon FBA and cross-border damage.

Multi-stage inline inspection during production plus pre-shipment AQL sampling on our own floor. Third-party inspection — SGS, TÜV, or your own agent — is welcome at any stage. We provide access, not obstacles.

Lead time is counted from sample approval and spec freeze, not from first contact. Standard platform SKUs ship in 6–8 weeks from order confirmation, including ocean transit. New OEM tooling plus packaging validation is quoted by project; a detailed schedule is confirmed after sampling.

Yes. We consolidate multiple furniture SKUs — and related garden products — into single FCL containers with density-optimized load plans, which lowers per-unit freight versus shipping each category separately.

Tooling you pay for is your tooling. NNN agreements are signed before the first CAD file, tool rooms are access-controlled, and molds are tagged to your account. Your design and IP stay yours.

Programs above this level justify a dedicated manufacturing partner: consolidated containers, per-SKU compliance, packaging engineering, and a single accountable point of contact. Below that, a standard agent may be enough — we’ll tell you honestly if there is no fit.
