Capitalised words below have the meanings given to them. They carry the same meaning whether used in the singular or the plural.

Company

OGPSGroup, also referred to in this policy as “We”, “Us” or “Our”.

Website

The site published at https://www.ogpsgroup.com/ and everything served from it.

Service

The Website, and the sourcing, manufacturing, communication and enquiry functions provided through it.

You

The individual using the Website, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual is using it.

Personal Data

Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Usage Data

Data collected automatically when you browse the Website, generated either by your use of it or by its own infrastructure.

Cookies

Small files placed on your device by the Website. Clause 03 lists every one we can set.

Device

Any device that can access the Website — a computer, tablet or mobile phone.

Service Provider

A person or company that processes data on Our behalf, as listed in clause 05.

Business Partner

A factory, inspection body, freight forwarder or similar party engaged to deliver a project you have asked Us to run.

Country

China. We are headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong Province.

When you contact Us, request a quotation or samples, submit a project enquiry, or message Us through the chat widget, We ask for the information We need in order to answer you. In practice that is:

• Your full name.
• Your company name and job title.
• A business email address.
• A phone or WhatsApp number.
• The country or region you buy from.
• The products and the project you are asking about.
• Anything else you choose to put in your message.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification numbers, or health and biometric data. Please do not send them to Us through this Website.

When you browse the Website, Google Analytics 4 records usage data. It is aggregate website measurement, not a personal profile of you:

• IP address, from which an approximate city-level location may be derived.
• Browser type and version.
• Device type and operating system.
• The pages you view and how long you spend on them.
• The website or search engine you arrived from.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes connection data — including your IP address — to serve the Website and to filter malicious traffic.

We use Google Analytics 4 — measurement ID G-KKDC84WHS8, operated by Google LLC — to understand which pages are read and which are not. It is the only analytics tool on this Website.

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. The Cloudflare cookie is the one exception: it is required for the Website to load. To opt out of Google Analytics across every site you visit, install Google’s official opt-out browser add-on.

8. 08 To meet legal obligations Export, customs, tax and anti-bribery requirements, in China and in the markets We ship to.
9. 09 To protect Our legal rights Enforcing agreements, and responding to disputes or claims.
10. 10 To handle a business transfer If the business or its assets are sold, merged or reorganised.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and We do not send marketing newsletters. There is no mailing list to unsubscribe from.

• Service providers Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Google (Analytics), and Our form-and-chat automation backend at n8n.ileeline.com, which receives enquiries and chat messages so that Our team can act on them.
• Business partners Only for a project you have asked Us to run: the factories, inspection bodies and freight forwarders engaged to deliver it.
• Professional advisers Lawyers, auditors, accountants and insurers, where they are needed.
• Affiliates Entities under common control with Us, bound to this Privacy Policy.
• A buyer or successor In a merger, acquisition, financing or asset sale, where your data may transfer as part of the business.
• Authorities Where We are legally required to disclose, or where a court or regulator issues a valid request.
• With your consent For any other purpose you explicitly agree to.

We do not sell personal data, and We do not show your enquiry to other clients.

We are headquartered in Foshan, China, and Our team works from there. Your data is held on Cloudflare’s infrastructure and in the systems listed in clause 05. Analytics data is processed in Google’s data centres.

If you contact Us from outside China, your information will be transferred to and processed in China, and in the countries where Our providers operate. Where personal data moves out of the EU or the UK, We rely on the transfer safeguards published by those providers — including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses — and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures.

• Enquiries that do not become a project Kept while the enquiry is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so that a returning buyer does not have to start from scratch.
• Project and order records Kept for the period required by Chinese accounting and export law, and for as long as the limitation period for contract claims remains open.
• Analytics data Kept according to the retention setting in Our Google Analytics property. The _ga cookies themselves persist for up to 24 months.
• Chat and form submissions Stored by Our automation backend alongside the rest of your enquiry.

You can ask Us to delete your data at any time. See clause 09.

Every page on this Website is served over TLS. Staff access to enquiry data is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and Our third-party services are limited to the short list in clause 05.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and We cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affecting your data occurs, We will tell you and the relevant authority.

To exercise any right, email olivia.huang@ogpsgroup.com with enough detail for Us to identify you. We may need to verify your identity first, and We keep a record of the requests We receive.

This Website is for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13, and nothing on this Website is designed for children or young people.

Our blog links to standards bodies, regulators and other third-party sources. Those sites are outside Our control and this Privacy Policy does not cover them. Please read the privacy policy of every site you reach from Ours.

Our blog posts also embed YouTube videos. When an embedded player loads, YouTube may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google’s privacy policy rather than this one.

The Website is operated from China and offered to businesses worldwide. If you are visiting from outside China, you are sending information to China, and you do so understanding that data protection law here differs from your home jurisdiction. We apply this Privacy Policy to that information wherever it goes. Clause 06 explains how transfers are protected.

We update this policy when Our tools or Our legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page always reflects the version you are reading.

If a change materially affects how We handle data you have already given Us, We will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Website after a change is posted means you accept the updated policy.
