Your China Exhibition Partner.
From Trade Show Floor to Factory Door.
Canton Fair reception, trade show booking, factory visits, and Greater Bay Area procurement accompaniment — with a bilingual engineering team that understands both the product and the process. Turn your exhibition trip into a structured procurement mission.
Real Exhibitions.
Real Connections.
Canton Fair booths, factory floor visits, and client meetings — every photo below is from an actual exhibition where we connected international buyers with verified manufacturers.
One Trip. One Team.
Every Detail Covered.
From the moment you land in Guangzhou to the day your samples ship — one bilingual team handles exhibition logistics, factory coordination, and procurement follow-up. No handoffs. No lost context. No wasted days.
Canton Fair Reception
Booth meeting coordination at the Canton Fair Complex in Pazhou, Guangzhou. Pre-scheduled supplier introductions matched to your product categories. On-the-spot technical translation for every meeting. You walk the floor with a plan, not a map.
Trade Show Booking
Pre-registration for Canton Fair and other industry exhibitions. Booth selection advisory, exhibition hall strategy, and logistics planning. We handle the paperwork so you focus on supplier conversations that matter.
Factory Visits
Scheduled factory tours during your exhibition trip. Production line walk-through, QC checkpoint demonstration, and real-time technical Q&A. Verify production capability with someone who knows what a real factory floor should look like.
GBA Procurement Accompaniment
Bilingual escort across the Greater Bay Area — Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan. Supplier visits, wholesale market tours, and material sourcing. Turn a 3-day exhibition into a 7-day procurement mission.
Sample Collection & Shipping
Exhibition sample consolidation from multiple booths. Pre-shipment quality inspection. International freight coordination — sea, air, or express courier. One consolidated shipment instead of tracking parcels from 12 suppliers.
From Flight Booking
to Final Shortlist.
Four stages transform your exhibition trip from a booth-browsing exercise into a structured procurement operation — with verified suppliers, qualified factories, and actionable next steps.
Pre-Exhibition Planning
We map your product categories to the right halls, pavilions, and supplier clusters. Hotel recommendations near the exhibition center, transport logistics, and a day-by-day itinerary aligned to your sourcing objectives. You arrive with a battle plan, not a blank map.
On-Ground Exhibition Support
Bilingual team meets you at the exhibition center entrance. Hall navigation by product category. Supplier introductions with contextual briefings. On-the-spot technical translation. Real-time meeting notes with supplier profiles — so nothing gets lost in the marathon of booth visits.
Factory Integration
Post-exhibition, we coordinate factory visits with shortlisted suppliers. Production line walk-through, QC capability assessment, and sample collection — all integrated into your trip. You verify what you saw at the booth is what actually ships from the factory floor.
Procurement Consolidation
Supplier comparison report. Quotation analysis against industry benchmarks. Sample consolidation and shipping. Negotiation playbook with verified cost data. You leave China with shortlisted partners, confirmed samples, and a procurement roadmap — not a stack of business cards.
Major Exhibitions.
On-Ground Support Included.
Our team provides on-ground reception, translation, and factory-visit coordination at every major trade show in the Greater Bay Area and beyond. We know the halls, the suppliers, and the logistics — so you walk in with a plan, not a map.

Three Things That Make
Every Exhibition Trip Count.
Bilingual, On-Ground
English-fluent manufacturing engineers — not general translators — accompany you through every booth visit and factory tour. Technical terminology, material specifications, and production processes are communicated accurately in both directions. No lost nuance. No cultural misunderstandings.
Factory-Owner Perspective
We don't just walk you through booths — we walk you through production lines. As factory owners ourselves, we know which questions expose real capability and which answers signal red flags. When a supplier claims a 30-day lead time, we know whether their production floor supports it.
End-to-End Logistics
From airport pickup to sample shipping. Badge registration, hotel coordination, factory transport, sample consolidation, and international freight — one point of contact manages your entire China trip. You focus on supplier conversations. We handle everything else.
Trusted by Buyers.
Every Exhibition Season.
Built for Buyers
Who Mean Business.
"I'm attending Canton Fair for the first time."
Complete newcomer package: hotel recommendations, hall navigation strategy, and a bilingual guide who knows where every product category lives. We handle the paperwork and registration — you focus on supplier conversations from day one.
"I need to qualify multiple factories in one trip."
Multi-factory itinerary optimization across the Greater Bay Area. Post-exhibition, we compress 4-6 factory visits into 2-3 days — with pre-arranged transport, translated technical briefings, and QC checkpoint demonstrations at every stop.
"I need someone who can translate technical specs, not just language."
Our exhibition support team includes manufacturing engineers — not just translators. When a supplier discusses aluminum alloy grades, powder-coating DFT specs, or weld procedure qualifications, the person next to you understands the conversation.
Frequently Asked
Exhibition Questions.
The Canton Fair runs twice a year in Guangzhou: the Spring Session (April 15 – May 5) and the Autumn Session (October 15 – November 4). Each session is divided into three phases — Phase 1 (Electronics, Machinery), Phase 2 (Consumer Goods, Home Decor), and Phase 3 (Textiles, Office Supplies). We recommend arriving 1-2 days before your target phase begins. Contact us for the exact dates of the next session.
Yes. Our exhibition package includes Guangzhou Baiyun Airport pickup, hotel recommendations near the Pazhou Complex (with preferential rates), and daily transportation between your hotel, the exhibition center, and factory visits. We handle logistics so you focus on supplier conversations — not navigating a foreign city.
Yes. While most of our factory network is concentrated in Guangdong (Foshan, Dongguan, Shenzhen, Zhongshan), we can arrange visits to Zhejiang (Yongkang hardware, Yiwu commodities), Fujian (stone, ceramics), Jiangsu (textiles), and Shandong (furniture). Multi-province itineraries require 3-5 additional days and advance coordination.
Our on-ground team speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese fluently — and our manufacturing engineers are comfortable discussing technical specifications, material grades, and production processes in English. No generic translator apps. No lost nuance on tolerance specifications or coating requirements.
Within 72 hours of the exhibition closing, you receive a structured post-exhibition report with a recommended supplier shortlist and actionable next steps. We then support negotiation, contract review, and sample-to-production handoff — so exhibition leads become production orders. Full detail on the follow-up process is covered in our How It Works section above.
