Canton Fair: from four suppliers to one container.
98% on time.
One team carries the whole mission from the Canton Fair to the factory floor — booth assessment, factory audit, spec lock, and mixed-load shipping — across 75+ countries. Nothing gets lost in the handoff. You walk away with a supply line that's decided, and a season that starts with product, not phone calls.
Built for Teams That
Need to Leave With a Program.
Not a booth-browsing service. This is for buyers whose next season depends on what they find — and on whether the factory behind the booth can actually deliver it.
Brands, retailers, importers & wholesalers
Buyers with a specific task, not just a category
What brings you to the fair
Your mission is a better filter than your company type. Pick the ones that fit:
Not a fit, and we'll say so: spot-goods orders, translation-only, or non-outdoor inquiries. Projects around $400K+ annual volume are the sweet spot — below that, we'll tell you plainly whether it's worth doing as a program.
We Only Go Deep
in These Outdoor Lines.
We cover these outdoor categories at the fair and on the line — and we won't chase unrelated categories just to fill a day.
Not a Booth Walk.
A Sourcing Mission.
Three stages, one engineering team. Pre-show we build the shortlist. On-site we judge production capability, not just price. Post-show we audit the line, lock the spec, and plan the container.
Most Buyers Waste the Next
Six Months, Not the Ticket.
A bad pick at the fair doesn't cost you a booth visit — it costs your whole season. Here is what usually goes wrong, and what we do about each one.
Outdoor & Garden Sourcing?
Focus on Phase 2.
The fair runs three phases. Outdoor furniture and garden products sit in Phase 2 — which is exactly where we spend our on-site time. The other phases aren't wasted, they're just not your lane.
| Phase | Theme | Relevance Here |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 Oct 15–19 | Advanced Manufacturing & Hardware | Not our lane Partial — some outdoor kitchen & hardware |
| Phase 2 Oct 23–27 | Home Products / Furniture & Building Materials | Main focus Main focus for outdoor & garden sourcing |
| Phase 3 Oct 31 – Nov 4 | Textiles, Garments & Footwear | Not our lane Not a core category for us |
Reasons Buyers Come Back.
Not Reasons They Left.
The fair is only the entry point. Retention is built on the containers that follow.

Questions Buyers
Ask Before the Flight.
Outdoor furniture, garden products, and home-furnishing categories sit in Phase 2 (Home Products / Furniture & Building Materials). That is our main focus, and where we spend the bulk of our on-site time. We can still walk Phase 1 or Phase 3 for you, but our strength is Phase 2.
Yes — we exhibit at the Canton Fair. Come and see real samples of our patio furniture, shade structures, grills, and garden storage on-site, then book a factory visit for the same trip. Contact us for the booth location before you travel.
We do not sell translation-only. Our value is the engineering read on the booth and the line — not the language. If you only need an interpreter, there are cheaper options. If you need to judge whether a supplier can actually deliver at volume, that is what we do.
You can, but we usually advise against it. A beautiful sample is not a production commitment. Most issues — coating, weld, packaging, certification — only show up once you walk the line. We recommend shortlisting at the fair, then auditing and locking the spec at the factory before you commit volume.
Yes. Foshan is a 30–90-minute drive from the Guangzhou complex, and most of our factory network concentrates there. We typically book 1–2 days of audits directly after Phase 2 — or before the show if you prefer.
Yes — this is a core part of what we do. Multi-SKU mixed loading (FCL) consolidates your categories into one container, reduces freight per unit, and we validate the packaging so mixed items arrive intact.
We carry the system certificates and material / test documentation, and we map the destination-country certification path with you — from CA Prop 65 for the US market to EN standards for the EU. We lay out the path before production, not after.
Yes. We run booth screening plus video factory audits as a parallel track — you get the same assessment sheets and shortlist without traveling. It is a real path, not a consolation offer.
Not on this page. Our engagements are for production programs — typically $400K+ in annual volume. If your project is below that, we will tell you plainly whether it is worth doing as a program rather than forcing it.
Yes. We run both the Spring and Autumn sessions every year. Book the next available session and we will align the itinerary to the relevant phase for your categories.
