How do you test frame durability and weight capacity?

Three-tier: (1) FEA on CAD before prototyping. (2) Pre-production samples through full EN 581-2 static + 50K-cycle fatigue with load-cell recording. Yes. Send CAD, sketch, or reference sample. We return DFM analysis with cost drivers, then produce a pre-production sample for your sign-off before any production begins. What materials are available?

$30–50 FOB: injection-molded PP (stacks 6-high) and basic Al tube (6063-T5, 5-position). $50–70 FOB: PE rattan over Al (UV-8, cushioned) and Textilene sling (1,500+ hr UV). $70–80 FOB: olefin rope over Al (marine-grade) and 316 stainless (1,000+ hr salt-spray). Luxury: FSC teak. We recommend the right platform for your warranty period and price point.
