For furniture manufactured on our own factory lines, standard platform SKUs start at 50 units; custom designs start higher — aluminum frames from 200 units per design, PE wicker sets from 300 units. Multiple SKUs can often be combined under one program MOQ. We balance volume commitments against your inventory risk.
We support aluminum, steel, PE rattan / wicker, textilene, rope, and teak-look finishes with powder coating. OEM builds to your specification and drawings; ODM is available on select reference designs with modifications. Private label and exclusive tooling are both options.
We engineer flat-pack packaging around the product’s weakest point and validate it with ISTA drop tests before shipping — the single biggest lever on Amazon FBA and cross-border damage.
Multi-stage inline inspection during production plus pre-shipment AQL sampling on our own floor. Third-party inspection — SGS, TÜV, or your own agent — is welcome at any stage. We provide access, not obstacles.

Tooling you pay for is your tooling. NNN agreements are signed before the first CAD file, tool rooms are access-controlled, and molds are tagged to your account. Your design and IP stay yours.
