A leading authority in CSA/CE certification and OEM/ODM product development, Forward spearheaded the creation of OGPS Group's proprietary 3-layer QC system, which maintains defect rates below 0.5% across all production lines. This system integrates incoming material inspection, in-process quality gates at every production station, and pre-shipment AQL 2.5 sampling — catching defects before they leave the factory floor, not on the customer's patio.
